Talking About Tough Issues (TATI) is a Micro-eLearning course that provides long-term care home team members at all levels with tools and techniques to face challenging conversations in their day-to-day work. This course uses realistic scenarios, curated resources, and meaningful content to empower learners to have effective conversations to facilitate teamwork, healthy relationships, improved quality and safety, increased innovation, and healthy organizational cultures.
After completing this course, learners will be equipped to confidently engage in challenging conversations that they might have otherwise dreaded or avoided. They will have developed the capabilities needed to engage with others in ways that are safe, authentic, and meaningful for everyone involved.

- Module 5: Bringing it All Together
TATI is a 3 hour asynchronous course. Learners can complete the course at their own pace, but once the course has been started it must be completed within a month.
